DESCRIPTION
Fast Hot Pressing (FHP) Sintering Furnace, Model CNE-FHP-808 is an integrated design. It occupies a small area and can be put into the elevator. It can be easily moved by installing leveling wheels. It is easy to install and maintain and has an intelligent human-machine interface. It is designed for rapid scientific research verification in schools, research institutes, and company laboratories.
In academic papers, it is often referred to as Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) Furnace, Direct Current Sintering (DCS) Furnace, Field Assisted Sintering Technology (FAST).
FEATURES OF FAST HOT PRESSING SINTERING (FHP) FURNACE
- Integrated design for the smallest operation space.
- Easily move, install, and maintain.
- High intelligence, high safety performance, and running steady that is also friendly for beginners.
- Low equipment investment: DC power supply is used, with high-cost performance.
- The heating rate reaches 1000℃/min. The high heating rate can effectively inhibit the growth of grains in the early stage of FAST sintering.
- Lower sintering temperature. The densification temperature in the FAST process is about 200~300℃ lower than most traditional sintering methods, which provides great possibilities for the consolidation of some materials into blocks.
- Short holding time. In most cases, FAST is sufficient to obtain the maximum value of the required density within 15min.
- Precise and controllable sintering process: All sintering parameters can be precisely controlled (sintering temperature, pressing pressure, ambient atmosphere, etc.)

- Temperature measurement: thermocouple for low temperature section, pyrometer for high temperature section, automatic conversion of temperature measurement and control
