WHAT IS FIELD-ASSISTED SINTERING TECHNOLOGY (FAST)?
Field-assisted sintering technology (FAST) is an advanced sintering technology that uses high current to rapidly heat conductive tool components and materials under simultaneous uniaxial pressure inside a vacuum chamber.

Compared with pressureless sintering, hot pressing sintering and some other traditional sintering technologies, field-assisted sintering technology (FAST) has low sintering temperature and short duration. The growth of grains is greatly suppressed, and the performance of the material is significantly improved.
Fast Sintering Speed
As a series of new material sintering methods, field-assisted sintering technology (FAST) can directly heat tools and components through DC current pulses, thereby shortening the cycle time to a few minutes.

CNE-FHP-828 is a small space-saving/integrated SPS equipment. It integrates the sintering machine body, power supply, vacuum exhaust device, pressurizing mechanism, operation control panel, etc. The chamber adopts a vacuum/positive pressure hybrid structure, which further expands the scope of application.
CNE-FHP-858 meets the requirements of advanced sintering technology, with a maximum temperature of 2200°C, a heating rate of up to 1000°C/min, and a maximum axial pressure of 1000kN.
